Step 2: Start decision for lease end
👉 In the opened contract, click the button: Lease End Decision.
Step 3. Select takeover
Select the option: I want to take over the bike at the end of the lease term.

Invoice
- You will receive your invoice after accepting the offer (via the portal), within one week after the 14-day withdrawal period expires, but no earlier than the contract end date by email.
Tax notice
- When you take over your company bike into your private ownership, Bikeleasing assumes the applicable flat-rate taxation according to § 37b EStG.
- Please note: We cover the flat-rate taxation of the monetary benefit. The VAT incurred when taking over the bike is not included and must be borne by you.
- As proof for a possible payroll tax audit, your employer will receive a copy of the takeover invoice.
Payment debit

How is the takeover price calculated?
The takeover price is currently usually 18% of the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of the bike.
