Open the User Profile section in the portal. You can find this at the bottom area of the Bikeleasing Portal.

Open the menu item Change Password (dropdown).
Enter your old password and your new password.
- Then click on Save New Password.

Confirm the prompt with Yes.
Note in the portal: If your old password is shorter than 8 characters, please contact Bikeleasing for a password reset.
Password Requirements
Your new password must contain:
- at least 8 characters
- one uppercase and one lowercase letter
- one number
- one special character
